Fixing instructions provided must be followed carefully. All fixing straps supplied must be used, including half straps for corners etc. Fixings are not supplied. The minimum recommended is four 5Omm (2 inch) no 10 round head woodscrews to each strap. With poor substrates or exposed conditions, use longer screws or bolt anchors. Fixings must be stainless steel, sherardised or otherwise protected. A 2 to 3mm gap between coping sections will allow for normal movement of coping and wall. Special fixing straps or joggle clips can be supplied for structural movement joints. | 1 | Secure fixing straps to the top of the wall at each joint and at maximum 1500mm centres between | | 2 | Place coping over the straps and push down firmly to clip over the strap flanges. | | 3 | Leave a 2 to 3mm expansion gap at all joints. | Installation, general
