Octagonal Hi-Vision VCR with cantilevered roof construction and only four roof support columns. Features include:
  • Floor Area 53m² (Internal)
  • Glazing 28mm thick Sonarview chemically toughened, solar control, electrically heated anti-condensation glazing system. Glass supported along top and bottom edges only with Hi-Vision vertical silicone joints.
  • Floor Timber frame raised floor with anti-static carpet tiles.
  • Ceiling Accoustic ceiling tile system.
  • Roof Access via retractable ceiling ladder to roof void and marine style hatch to roof deck. Insulated GRP roof panels with eight galvanised steel handrail / antennae mounts.
  • Access Via conventional staircase from tower below and also through dwarf wall hatch to external perimeter walkway.
  • Sun Shades 16 No. Lyverscreen sun blinds electrically operated with remote controls.
